Old Photo Restoration AI provides credit-based digital services. Because credits are consumed during AI processing, refunds are generally not available once credits have been used.

One-Time Credit Packages

• Unused credits may be eligible for a refund if requested within 7 days of purchase.
• Credits that have been consumed are not refundable.

Subscriptions

• Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins.
• You may cancel anytime to stop future charges. Your credits remain available until the end of the billing period.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are completely unsatisfied with the results of your first purchase and have consumed fewer than 5 credits, we may provide a one-time refund or credit compensation at our discretion.
